As is customary in Russia the project carries another neutral code name, K14 that surprisingly tends to sound more poetic the more we work on the project.\u00a0Although after some wandering the program of K14 arrived at about the same as K12 (15.000 sqm. of residential floor space), the task is completely different. This has to do with the all-determining Russian insolation rules.
