On a cold winter’s eve the postman delivered a solid package from Moscow: a Christmas present from the Krost Company. Krost had decided to collect their philosophy and achievements over the years, in a big hardcover book. Being involved from 2000 on in their projects in Moscow several articles in the book were dedicated to our joint work. For us it was enlightening to review in one book the process of working in Russia which to us can be summarized as ‘Learning while building’. With each project that we realize in Moscow we aim at increasing our knowledge of Russian building practice and improve our results. Therefore we still can say that our latest project ‘K12 – Holland House’ is our best Russian project to date.
